Enrichment Programs

The following enrichment programs are included in tuition and visited weekly:

Music class provides age-appropriate music lessons for preschoolers that nuture the growth of musical skills and talents of our children.  Children participate in weekly music lessons where they sing theme-related songs, play a variety of musical instruments, and learn basic musical terminology and rhythms. Our children also prepare for annual musical programs which include: a Christmas program for all preschoolers, a Spring program for two and three-year-olds, and a graduation program for four and five-year-olds.

Spanish class provides age-appropriate lessons for preschoolers that build a foundation for learning a second language.  Weekly lessons are organized by topics such as colors, numbers, clothing, food, family, and animals.  Lessons are taught using many different games, puzzles, songs, and chants.  By the end of the year, your child will be able to say their colors, shapes, and numbers 1-10, as well as be exposed to many different simple commands and phrases!

Library class provides children with a weekly theme-related story time.  Children learn about the purpose of a library and are encouraged to develop a love of reading.  Our teachers check out books for our children to read in the classroom.

Art class provides children with opportunity to express their individual creative style while still letting them experience some of the more classic art styles.  Children learn about a multitude of artists and use various different mediums to explore each artists unique style.
