
Enrollment Process
Preschool Enrollment Process:
A tour is the first step in enrolling in our preschool. Tours are based on availability.
At this time, please email us at clc@centralchurch.com to check for openings.
After your tour, you will receive the necessary paperwork to complete the enrollment process. To secure your child's spot, please submit the following items:
Completed Registration Form
Completed Sign-Off Page
Health History Form, filled out by a parent or guardian
Up-to-date immunization record
Copy of the child’s birth certificate
Registration Fee
Once you have submitted all the required documents, you will receive a Happi-Nappi, which signifies that your child has a reserved spot at our school. Before your child's start date, you will receive an email with the teacher’s name and any other relevant information.

School Age Enrollment Process:
If you have a myprocare.com account set up for CLC:
School Age registrations are done online. If you have been enrolled in any of our school-age programs before, you would use your myprocare.com account to view/enroll in any available program.
If this is your first time enrolling in a CLC School Age Program:
Once there is an open registration for one of our programs, you will need to set up a myprocare.com account. After your account is set up, you will receive an email with the next steps in the enrollment process.
