Enrollment Process

Preschool Enrollment Process:

A tour is the first step in enrolling in our preschool. Tours are based on availability.

At your tour, you will receive a link to complete the online enrollment process. To secure your child's spot, the following items are required:

  • Completed Online Registration Form (includes registration fee)

  • Up-to-date immunization record

  • Copy of the child’s birth certificate

Once all the required documents have been submitted, you will receive a Happi-Nappi, which signifies that your child has a reserved spot at our school. Before your child's start date, you will receive an email with the teacher’s name and any other relevant information.

Day Camp & School Age Enrollment Process:

If you have a myprocare.com account set up for CLC:

Summer Day Camp & School Age registrations are done online. If you have been enrolled in any of our school-age programs before, use your MyProCare.com account to view/enroll in the appropriate CLC program.

If this is your first time enrolling in Day Camp or School Age Program:

Once there is an open registration for one of our programs, you will need to set up a MyProCare.com account. After your information is received and imported, you will receive an email with the next steps in the enrollment process.

If you have been in a school/daycare before that used ProCare, you will need to use a different email address with us than you used with the other school/daycare.
